2023 Track and Field 

Please use our Orem High Blog to keep up on the latest news and information relating to Orem High Track and Field. 

We will utilize this to keep you up to speed with all the important things that are happening with our team. 

A few important items: 

1. Please review the Schedule (Posted under Important links (there have been a couple small changes including meet location changes.
2. Friday March 3rd will be Uniform pickup day during class. We will also be covering important information regarding weekly Invite and Dual meet planning. We will do this during class and before the workout. 
3. Next week we have a planned Track meet at Lehi High School on Wed March 8th. With our crazy Spring Winter, just know that we have been in talks with Lehi, and will try and make a decision Sunday or early Monday (based on the weather) if we can hold the meet, or if we need to wait/postpone. 
4. Team gear that was ordered in January, will arrive mid next week!
5. Grades will finalize for the term next Friday. Please make sure you have completed (especially) Register My Athlete, and complete the disclosure document (2023 Track and Field Class Disclosure Document). Those two items are worth 50 points and not having them completed will 100% effect your grade. Don't be that person!
